Concerns are raised regarding to the article [1]:
(1) The title of this article [1], "Three decades of wetland transformation in the middle and lower Yangtze River Basin: classification, inundation dynamics, and ecological impacts", suggest that the article focuses on the middle and lower Yangtze River basin. However, on the text of this article [1], upper Mekong River basin is frequently mentioned instead of the Yangtze River Basin. "Mekong" is mentioned 42 times, while "Yangtze" is mentioned only 3 times. Additionally, some data presented on the article seems to be from Mekong River, while other seems to be from Yangtze River. It appears that this article [s] was made up with two separate studies.
(2) Lego-like bar charts are observed in the Figure 6 of this article [1]. The bars seem to be manually placed instead of software-generated.
